Vendor Key In Services

Vendor Key In Services is another essential part of Concierge Services.  They include accepting delivery of furniture or appliances, opening and closing of your home for repair service calls, making sure the vendor has properly completed all tasks required.  In addition photographs are taken and sent to you.

Car Drives

Many home watch companies offer basic “car starts,” where they simply turn the vehicle on and let it idle for a few minutes. Unfortunately, this is often the worst thing you can do for a car. Idling does not charge the battery effectively and can actually contribute to draining it.

Personal Home Watch provides a far superior solution with our Car Drive Service. I take your vehicle out for a proper 5‑ to 10‑mile drive on a consistent schedule, ensuring the battery stays healthy, the tires maintain their shape, and the engine and electronics remain in good working order.
